Star Clean 1700 is solvent based cleaner developed with highly refined contaminant free components. The exceptional purity of Star Clean 1700 is the basis for such properties as: low odor, good oxidation stability, low skin irritation and selective solvency. The evaporative characteristics of Star Clean 1700 makes it compatible with most post processes such as painting and welding. Star Clean 1700 is suitable for use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
BLUE STAR® CLE 5510 water-based graphite lubricant is engineered for chain conveyor equipment and machinery operating in adverse conditions with elevated temperatures where volatile organic compounds or smoke from burnt oil-based lubricants is a concern. The product is formulated to provide wear protection and friction reduction by penetrating areas under load and forming a dry film coating of graphite. The graphite film on lubricated surfaces prevents metal-to-metal contact.
BLUE STAR® CLE 5540 Enhanced Chain Lubricant is for use on conveyors and chains operating in conditions between ambient and 350°F. For more extreme applications where temperatures could reach 900°F, the carrier oil flashes off leaving lubricating solids to prevent wear, binding and protection approaching boundary lubrication conditions.
BLUE STAR® CLE 5555 Molybdenum Disulfide Lubricant is for use on all chain conveyor equipment and machinery operating in adverse conditions of elevated temperature, moisture, acidic atmosphere and dust. This lubricant is designed to provide wear protection by penetrating areas under load and forming a dry coating of colloidal molybdenum disulfide. The lubricating solids in BLUE STAR® CLE 5555 Molybdenum Disulfide Lubricant will deposit on the lubricated surfaces preventing metal-to-metal contact.
BLUE STAR® S6150 Compressor Lubricants are recommended for lubrication of flooded and drip feed rotary screw compressors, vacuum pumps, lightly loaded gear and bearing applications. The BLUE STAR® S6150 Compressor lubricants have been custom blended with high quality mineral and synthetic ester base stocks for extended service life and overall economic benefits.
BLUE STAR® Y6180 Synthetic PAO and Ester blend Compressor Lubricants are recommended for lubrication of cylinder and crankcases of reciprocating compressors and vacuum pumps. The BLUE STAR® Y6180 Synthetic PAO and Ester blend Compressor Lubricants have been custom blended with high quality synthetic hydrocarbon and synthetic ester base stocks for extended service life and overall economic benefits.
BLUE STAR® Y6190 Compressor Lubricants are recommended for lubrication of rotary screw, vane and reciprocating compressors. The thermally stable fluids in BLUE STAR® Y6190/46 and BLUE STAR® Y6190/68 are useful for heat transfer and other circulating systems that inject lubricant directly into the air stream.
Blue Form® 4210 is a synthetic, oil dispersing fluid formulated specifically for structural tube and pipe forming applications. Blue Form® 4210 is formulated to provide excellent detergency and lubrication and is recommended for tube forming applications on all ferrous metals, stainless steels, cold-rolled P&O, hot-rolled and sheet steel.
Blue Form® 4230 is a synthetic, oil rejecting fluid designed specifically for structural tube forming applications. Blue Form® 4230 is formulated to provide excellent detergency and lubrication which eliminates/lowers additive requirements. This product also demonstrates excellent rust protection qualities which is critical in structural tube forming applications.
Blue Form® 4240 is a severe duty, petroleum based water soluble drawing and stamping fluid. Blue Form® 4240 is designed with high levels of chlorinated extreme pressure additives which results in excellent anti-weld and die protection properties. Blue Form® 4240 forms a stable solution in a wide range of water conditions. This product provides excellent corrosion protection to parts and machine surfaces.
